Twitter changed its defining characteristic last week, upping the limit on tweets from 140 characters to 280.

Yay?

Twitter isn't growing as fast as other social networks, so I doubt a higher limit will be that attractive to prospective users.

That doesn't mean we can't have fun with the new option.
