What is the group and why was it created?

Wellness is 24/7 and we want to be able to offer you support and advice on a more regular basis, in a more intimate setting than our public Facebook page. You can expect frequent info postings from Tammy, addressing common health problems, solutions, and lots of other inspiring and thought-provoking holistic resources. "A Caring Community" is open to join right now, but soon will become a closed/private group so members can feel a little more comfortable sharing and asking questions about their health and wellness, if they choose. This group is a perfect place for ACL to more consistently cater to your needs, and to share with wellness warriors like yourself.

There will also be regular opportunities for you to ask questions and get trusted knowledge from Tammy in real time via Live video, or in text-based response. (There is no obligation to participate in these discussions if you join the group).
