2016 Best Places to Work in South Carolina Rankings Revealed We, in partnership with the Best Companies Group and SC Biz, unveiled the rankings of the 60 winning companies representing the 2016 Best Places to Work in South Carolina last night at the 11th Annual Best Places Awards Dinner! 

Chamber President and CEO Ted Pitts released the following statement on the rankings: “Congratulations to the winning companies and organizations. Every year this is one of the most coveted recognitions for South Carolina’s businesses.  A company and organization’s success is dependent on its employees and these employers get it.  These companies are truly the best of the best here in South Carolina.”

The American Road & Transportation Builders Association, the largest national transportation construction trade group in the country, released a case study on the successful passage of road funding legislation in the 2016 South Carolina legislative session.
