Theology Program: Soteriology

Starting September 11, 8-9:30 a.m.

Have you ever asked any of these questions about salvation?

  • Are we really predestined by God? If so, isn't this unfair?
  • Why did Christ die on the cross?
  • Did he pay for all sins or just the sins of the elect?
  • What is the difference between Roman Catholicism, Eastern Orthodoxy, and Protestants with regard to salvation?
  • Can a person lose their salvation? If so, how?
  • Is Christ truly the only way to heaven? What about those who have never heard?

We will be answering these questions and many more in Soteriology this fall in the Theology Program. This is a 10 week class starting Sunday, September 11th at 8 a.m. at the HPC Resource Center. The cost is $25 for the class notes. Sign up at the resource table at church on Sunday. Contact Pastor Chris Lenoir for more information (chris@highpointealtoona.com).
