2016-2017 Membership Drive

Thanks so much to all the angels that have already responded to the membership process on-line! We can't wait to tell you about all the exciting activities that we have planned for next year. If you haven't yet had a chance to join or renew your membership, now is the time! Look for a paper membership form in your mailbox soon. We have also included the link to the printable membership form below so you can print it out and mail it in.

Raise a virtual hand if you love to win great prizes........

Once again,  we are using a 'Virtual Passport' to go along with our theme 'Find Your Wings and Fly". A virtual passport is used to collect stamps, which make you eligible for fabulous prizes! For each stamp you receive, you will get your name entered one time into a drawing. Stamps will be earned by attending signature and philanthropic events and by your participation in other events and activities throughout the year. We will be doing several drawings for prizes throughout the year, however, you MUST be present to win! This is your opportunity to start earning them!

To get your 1st stamp---- either return your paper membership form or complete your online membership renewal. We have extended the deadline to August 26, 2016.

To get a 2nd stamp---- complete your membership form ONLINE. By completing this online, you save both our club VP Membership and Treasurer some of their valuable time. AND it is SO easy and user friendly! No envelopes or stamps required.

Look below for the links to both the printable paper form and the online form.

Find your place with a Special Interest Group

What are you interested in? The Phoenix Alumnae Club has several Special Interest Groups (SIGs) that can make your membership even more engaging. In a club as large as ours, it can be overwhelming trying to find someone you really connect with.  Our SIGs provide members with the opportunity to meet and mingle with other club members with similar interests in smaller group settings.  Check out all of the wonderful options we offer and join as many as you like by checking the boxes on your membership form.  If you would like more information on a specific SIG, please contact the group leader through the email addresses provided.

Please note: In order to receive e-vites for SIG events, you MUST be a dues paying member of the Phoenix Alumnae Club.  Joining the club helps us keep track of who has subscribed to e-vites and supports the club financially.  We like to try and keep as many events as possible at little to no cost  to our members, and one of the ways we do this is by collecting club dues.  Membership is open to any and all alumnae of Pi Beta Phi, so please join the club and take advantage of all we have to offer!
