Casual Classes at Diamond Class
You don't have to be signed up to an 8 wk course to do classes at Diamond Class! We have a great range of pole and fitness casual classes for the absolute beginner through to advanced levels.
Check out the casual classes below that we are running through term #1. You don't even have to book, just turn up 5 min prior to register.

Aerial Art - Tuesdays 7.30pm (starts Term #3)
Want to learn some pole or aerial hoop moves? Learn a few moves each class and switch between pole moves and lyra (aerial hoop)
(much the same as our pole tutoring classes but switching between apparatus)
Pole Tutoring
This is a great class if you are new to see if pole dance is for you! A mixed level class where the instructor will go round to students twice to teach whatever level they are at. Get help with moves you are finding difficult, learn brand new moves, help with choreo, whatever you like!
Hottie Hips and Heels with Cherry Snow
- The art of walking in heels effortlessly, hip isolations and sexy heel dance choreography. No up the pole in this one, but great for use between the poles!
Flex and Stretch - Learn how to get bendy with Bebe! Many proven stretching techniques for front and middle splits, back bridges and more + strength through your flexibility. No pole in this one and you don't need to be bendy to start at all.
Hip Hop with Sammy T - Hip Hop choreography sequences broken down to learn with ease for those completely new to dancing through to advanced. No pole in this one - any level. Bootay Fit Twerking! Twerk techniques, choreo and strengthening from the waist down. Want strong legs, lower back, core and booty? Then this fun twerkout class is for you! No pole in this one - any level.
Functional Fierceness
- Functional strength training for all over body strength and stamina. Strength training specific to help you achieve those more difficult pole moves or just to get super strong and fierce in general!
Polenastics - Learn how to handstand, handstand variations, cartwheels, forward and backward roll variations, floor move deadlifts and more! Stretching and strength conditioning included. No need for any prior experience! You will be taught at your level in this mixed level class.
Boystime - Beginner to Advanced Men.
A Men’s Pole class with male instructor Learn strong and dynamic Pole moves/tricks and combinations. Strength and Acrobatic based holds, spins, flips + strength training for beginners through to advanced.
Open Training - Practice sessions that aren't instructed. Just you, in the studio practicing what you have learnt in class. The more you practice, the faster you progress in strength, flexibility, dance, coordination and confidence. Our advanced level students get these sessions FREE which is even more great incentive to practice ;)
