Hi <<First Name>>,
Over the next four weeks, I warmly invite you and other colleagues at museums around the globe to submit a
session proposal for
AAM’s 2017 Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo, taking place in St. Louis, Missouri next year, May 7-10, 2017.
We highly value having global perspectives included in the meeting, and wanted to make sure you knew about the opportunity to showcase your museum perspective at
AAM2017. The
National Program Committee is working to populate 12
program tracks with a wide range of topics, interactive
session formats, and engaging presenters that represent diverse perspectives. I know I speak for AAM and the
National Program Committee when I invite you to
submit a session proposal for AAM’s
2017 Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo.
What kind of success stories can you highlight through case study, storytelling, or classroom
session formats? We may have a place for it on the Annual Meeting program. Need a place to bounce around ideas and find fellow presenters to populate your perfect proposal? We’ve created a space just for this on
MuseumJunction, and AAM’s
Professional Networks are invaluable resources for gathering feedback and support.
So, will I see you on the program for
AAM2017?
Start your proposal now to submit before the
September 2 deadline! And please feel free to reach out to the global team at any time with questions—we are available at
global@aam-us.org.
Sincerely,
Megan Lantz
