PLAY & LEARN
It's a simple concept. Let kids do what they do best - play. And why not add a piece on - teach them how to live better through guided play! Stories, toys, music, a fun and safe space to let your kids run free (with your supervision, of course). 6 months - 4 years. Email us if there are older siblings or questions.

Core Flow

Katherine is back to lead us through a strong yoga class with a focus on how to activate the core, how to use it in poses, and how to strengthen it. All Levels.

Join Nichol for her monthly BASH! She guides us through a fun and challenging practice that allows us to play yoga a little longer and delve a little deeper.

Kundalini

You tried it once, and now you can try it weekly! Stephy will teach Kundalini Yoga weekly starting THURSDAY, AUGUST 18. 7:30-9pm Thursdays. $10 cash.

Essential Restorative

This is just a tiny reminder (courtesy of the hugely talented Marcy) of what a special treat it is to use props in our practice. Stone Henge shown here is one of the many ways we will sink into ourselves, releasing deep layers of stress and tension from the body and the mind. Join Brandee for a relaxing foray into yoga, the passive way.
