We've had the builders in this month as we are extending our Rosebank Road premises in Auckland. It's certainly served as a reminder of how much upheaval our clients are subjected to when projects are completed around them! The major takeaway for us has been a reminder of how important it is to keep the client informed of each step of the progress - if they are being inconvenienced, knowing beforehand what is going to happen, goes a long way towards mitigating any potential complaints. The tradesmen working on our project have been great at making sure we know what to expect as each day unfolds, and it's made the necessary upheaval much more bearable!

eBos Home Automation Upgrade, Havelock North

We have completed a significant number of projects providing upgrade paths for the replacement of old or damaged eBos home automation systems to new control systems that come with full warranties and manufacturers' local support.
A series of power spikes had damaged the eBos controllers in this beautiful rural residence close to Havelock North. The insurers requested our assistance in designing and quoting for a suitable upgrade solution for this property.
Working with a local electrical contractor, we are providing a new control system with spike protection to ensure the electronics of the new system won't sustain damage from any future power surges.More about this project
