Volunteers for Stargazing

Hi everyone.  I know I've left things last minute again - sorry!

We are having a stargazing event tonight at the Hilltop Reserve.  Interest in the event has been huge, though the event has been shared by many people online, so I actually expect a lot of the interest is from outside of Crace.  This still increases our exposure so that's a great thing.

For tonight's stargazing event, the Canberra Astronomical Society are actually doing most of the work.  There is very little for us to do.  If we do have a few people who can hang around for 2 hours from 6pm until 8pm though, that would be appreciated.

If we have two people who can sit at a table and sell glow bracelets for $1 each, we will do that.  If we don't have the people, that's fine.  We can set up this table near the coffee van on Thadoona street so they can also direct the stragglers.

I will bring some garbage bags along for people to put their rubbish in, and depending on what we collect, I may ask people to take a single bag to put in their wheelie bins, as it wont all fit in mine.

Otherwise, that is it!
