This is a section of a massive mural near the Piazza Navona on the Tiber River. The neighborhood was once home to the working class ("case ai proletari") who complained about Vatican policies. Americans say, "When pigs fly," and the Romans say, "When donkeys fly," which is why you see a flying donkey in the sky.
