Kids are back in school and our
Sports Group Training is back in season!

Tuesdays 4 - 5 pm
Saturdays 11 am – Noon


1 day/week      $120 for 4 sessions
2 days/week    $200 for 8 sessions

The best way to become better at any sport is to improve overall athleticism!

 Our training focuses on foot speed, agility, balance, and vertical jump. These are the key components to develop the explosive edge necessary for optimal performance in any sport!
