Open for Wine Tasting
We will be open for wine tasting on August 27 and 28.  We will be pouring a selection of wines -- Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet, Zinfandel, and Merlot Dessert wine -- from noon to 5 pm on both days.  Wine tasting is $5 per person, waived with a purchase.  Wine tasting is free for wine club members.

Be sure to ask us about this year's crop--the grapes are looking very good!  The vineyards were recently netted in order to prevent damage to the grapes from birds and squirrels. We anticipate starting harvest next month.

We will also be selling local Santa Cruz Mountains Wildflower Honey from Five Hives Bee Products. The hives are owned, managed, and tended by Villa del Monte winemaker Neil and his family.  The 100% pure honey is a light golden color with a mild, slightly sweet flavor and a light floral scent. 

And, if that isn't enough, we will be continuing our late summer tradition of giving away iris rhizomes from winemaker Neil's garden. We have an assortment of blue, purple, yellow, and white irises--the rhizomes are free with a wine purchase.
