Feedback Fortnight

A chance for people in contact with services, carers, family, friends,  to give their views on what works well/not so well/what would make a difference

Feedback is welcome on a broad range of services- health, third sector, police, education, housing, services for young people, adults, older people....

Can you help us:

Circulate the anonymous questionnaire available on line at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/MJDXFBV or download it here.

Hold a focus group! - We are keen to gather as wide a range of views as possible. We have attached some top tips for focus groups and questions. If you feel you can help, -even after September 5th, please contact jack@sefyll.org.uk

(For info...this is a follow on from Feedback Fortnight held in July 2014. Since 2014 service users and carers have led the UHB in debates on key themes coming out of the survey, with additional focus groups, surveys and action plans around crisis services, care & treatment plans,  psychological therapies, eating disorders, services for young people and debates about equalities, health and wellbeing ....The aim is that this feedback will inform the next local ‘Together for Mental Mental Health’ Action Plan and  shed new light on what the key issues are now across a wide range of services).

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board invites everyone - patients and staff - to help improve the experience patients have in their care

Get involved - attend events and complete the Our Values into Action survey

Welcome to Our Values Into Action, the health board's programme to better understand what behaviours can help embed our values into our everyday working lives.

At our best Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is a great place to be cared for. Now we want to involve everyone – patients and staff – in improving the experience our patients have in our care, and our own experience working here. Evidence shows when patients have a better experience of care, patient care is also safer and higher quality. And when healthcare teams work better together they deliver better outcomes, more productively.

This is why we developed our shared values. ‘Our Values into Action’ is about translating our values into the tangible behaviours we want to see from each other, and to inspire us to keep improving our patient and staff experience.

‘Our Values into Action’ underpins the three BIG priorities that link to our strategy – Shaping our Future Wellbeing. It’s about achieving consistency of behaviours that work for patients, colleagues and healthcare partners.
Everyone can get involved now, to put our ‘values into action’ Patients and staff - find out more, and register to attend these important events by clicking the links above or calling 02920 746303
