I know I've been a little quiet this summer but not because I wasn't busy. Along with keeping product made, orders shipped, garden and flowers growing, I have been doing a lot of researching and formulating. I have a lot of new products to introduce and I can just say I am very excited about these and some that are still being tested. Below I will tell you about some of them. I am still working on getting pictures taken and the products on the website. I will add descriptions and ingredients within the next week. ALSO - watch for many more essential oils that will be added to the website, as well as more aromatherapy education.

Samples are available and custom blending for a small fee if you are a local customer. You can also order the samples and mix and blend to your own skin tone. We can't claim sun protection and have no tests to prove it to be so, but it does contain titanium dioxide at the top of the ingredient list.

Papaya Pineapple Enzyme Gel Masque
This is just one of the really beneficial masques full of natural ingredients I've been working on this summer. I used this one again this morning and absolutely love the way my skin feels after I rinse it off. I won't show pictures of all of them, but here are the names: Charcoal Detoxifying Masque, Dark Chocolate Clay Masque, and some dry clay/milk masques that you can add your own liquid too so it is fresh as it can be.

Certified Organic Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
I know you know we only buy certified organic oils and butters, occasionally organically grown depending on the oil, but almost all of our oils and butters are certified organic and are certified through AIA. This is just one of the oils we offer now and here is a list that will be available on the website soon. I am very very careful about sourcing all of my ingredients but especially my oils and butters. You will notice the difference in our oils because they are also all virgin (meaning unrefined) and cold-pressed. This means all of the beneficial properties are still intact and not processed out. So for you do-it-yourself people, these are perfect for ordering in smaller quantities but still at great prices.
Oils to be added this week: Prickly Pear Seed Oil, Sancha Inchi, Jojoba, Pomegranate, Evening Primrose, Rosehip Seed, Baobab and Castor.

Certified Organic Herbs and Teas
We have always purchased our certified organic herbs and teas that we use in our products from Mountain Rose Herbs, but we will now also offer them to you in our shop and online. We will also be purchaisng from Frontier as they also have a good selection of certified organic herbs and teas. Both companies are well known for their environmental and sustainable practices - and they test their herbs for things that shouldn't be there and equally for things that should be there, making sure you are getting what you have ordered. We keep these fresh by keeping them in tightly sealed containers and in a cabinet away from heat and light.
