VIA Metropolitan Transit is soliciting proposals from responsible architectural firms for the design of future development projects. VIA desires to contract with multiple architectural firms through an IDIQ contract.  All work shall be performed by or under the direct supervision of a State of Texas Registered Architect. The proposed services required will include, but is not limited to, the following: Project Administration and Management, Pre-Design Services, Site Development Services, Design Services, Bidding and Negotiation Services, Construction Contract Administration Services and Supplemental Services. Possible projects include renovation & remodel of existing facilities, design of transit patron facilities, design of maintenance facilities and site feasibility analysis.
