School Starts August 17-Volunteers needed all year long!
San Leandro students go back to school today, August 17.  We are lucky in our district to have great teachers, administrators and office staff to support our students and our schools.  You can help them be even better by becoming a VOLUNTEER.  The time commitment is your choosing.  Sign up today at sledfund.org. Volunteer packet information will also be available at each school site.  Thank YOU for sharing YOUR time with OUR kids!

Interested in learning more about what we do? Think you might want to get involved? Looking to give back to your community? Our Board of Directors Meetings are open to the public on the third Wednesday of each month. Our next meeting is Wednesday, August 17at 7pm at the SLED Offices located at 14735 Juniper St, San Leandro.
 

School Events  

  • Wednesday, August 17 is the first day of school.
  • Monday, September 5 is Labor Day. There will be no school.
  • Thursday, September 15 is Back to School Night for SLUSD elementary schools.
  • Thursday, September 22 s Back to School Night for SLHS.
  • Thursday, September 29 is Back to School Night for Bancroft and John Muir.
