The Importance of Self Care
We all know the importance of taking care of ourselves, at least in theory, but as spouses it is often hard in practice. At VSN we strongly believe in putting on your own life mask first. This summer and fall, we will continue offering events revolving around workshops on self care. Always remember to put your own life mask on first! |

San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas area spouses: We are still on our way to see you this summer and fall! Join us July 30 for our event with Family Endeavors in San Antonio, or swing by the Mental health Summit at the University of Houston August 12 to visit our table or watch us on a panel on Access to Care.
