Salmon are running in Alaska and Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park may be the best place to watch local bears gorge themselves on fresh caught salmon.

Perseid Meteor Shower Peaks Tonight!
The annual Perseid meteor shower should be visible in the night sky for the next few days, peaking late tonight and tomorrow morning.
