Melbourne based artist Alasdair McLuckie was the first artist to have an exhibition at Ten Cubed in March 2013. Now in 2016 he is the first artist to have a second exhibition with the gallery.

McLuckie’s works draw upon modernism and tribalism to create pieces that are quite unique. Combining the mediums of drawing, sculpture and craftwork he explores themes of process, ritual, mythology and primitivism. In this exhibition we will be able to see the development in concepts and ideas throughout his practice from 2013 to 2016.

Floor Talk with Alasdair McLuckie

After our celebratory drinks night we invite you to come back the next morning for Alasdair McLuckie's floor talk at Ten Cubed. He will be discussing the different processes he uses in his art practice along with the concepts and ideas that run through his work.
