Discovery Bay's Doggie Day
Sat, Aug 27 • 10am-12pm & 1-3pm

Bring your dog out to Discovery Bay Waterpark for the City of Greeley’s annual dog swim. Tickets go on sale starting July 23 — two sessions to choose from — limited to 100 participants per session. You can purchase your tickets at the Family FunPlex (1501 65th Ave) or at the Greeley Recreation Center (651 10th Ave). Call 970-350-9401 for details!

Admission $5 per ticket in advance by Aug 25 (one ticket will allow one dog and two human friends) or $8 at the gate (day of event). Additional human friends $2 per person.

New this year! To celebrate the Olympics...enjoy an agility obstacle course at Waggin' Tail Dog Park (right across the street) one hour before each session at 9am & 12pm. Prizes given to the fastest finisher!

Kids age 6-12 yrs. compete in a swim/bike/run event with an emphasis on fitness, fun and safety in age-appropriate distances. For details visit Greeleykidstriathlon.com.

6-8 yrs:  50-yd. swim, 2-mile bike, 3/4-mile run

Super Hero Saturday
Sat, Aug 20 • 12-1:30pm

Dress up as your favorite super hero, come skate at the Ice Haus and save the day! Enjoy face painting, a photo booth and a free 30-minute group lesson from 12:30-1pm by our certified instructors who will help you be a super skater. Age 3+.

Admission $4 adults/children, $1.50 kids 5 and under, $2 skate rental. Get $1 off admission if dressed like a super hero!
