The rosé wines:
The rosé to pale pink dress, are fruity with good acidity on the finish. Very pleasant for aperitifs and summer meals, they will guarantee you good humor and friendliness.
Winemaking:
Selected plots located at the foot of the Ste Victoire; limited production for most aromatic grapes; a majority of Grenache and Syrah, our most noble varieties.
Harvesting is done at night to enjoy the cool temperatures and preserve the aromatic potential of the grapes. Upon arrival at the winery, they are quickly pressed, and the juice is kept cool for at least 2 weeks. Fermentation lasts 10 to 12 days, by controlling the temperature.
Tasting:
The rosé has a pale color with rose petal nuances.A fine nose, powerful and complex. Aromas of citrus and white flowers with long, fleshy mouth which reveal notes of citrus, white fruits and exotic fruits.
