August Update to Bb Learn

On August 20-21, Bb Learn was updated to a more recently-released Service Pack (Q2 2016 Cumulative Update 1). With a newer version of Bb Learn, there are new issues. You can view a short list of the bugs we think may affect you and your students here. There is an issue with tests, Cursor and Screen Jumps to the Last Question on Test, that may be a major annoyance with students, plus the bug, Issue Navigating Away from Grading Attempt in Grade Center, which affects instructors grading quiz attempts.

Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday Noon - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday Noon - 6:00 p.m.

Important Dates & Deadlines

9/8 — Last day to Add a class (without having to file a petition and pay a $25 late add fee)

9/8 — Last day to Drop/Delete a class (without class appearing on students’ transcripts)

9/8 — Last day to change Audit to Credit or Credit to Audit

9/9 — Withdrawal in effect (class will appear on students’ transcripts with a “W” where grade is reported)

9/9 — Petition to Add a class and $25 late add fee in effect

9/12 — Last day to drop with 100% tuition refund for M16 session classes ONLY.  Shorter sessions have prorated deadlines

9/19 — Open enrollment begins for Winter 2016

9/30 — Last day to file for A-Pass/Fail
