Activating an Archived Course?
When activating an archived course, please remember that if the content is empty that you will need to add content to the course. If you archived the course for more than two years, you will be asked to make sure that the content in the course meets our current "a-g" subject area requirements. If you are unsure if your content meets the subject area requirements, please visit the UC A-G Guide.
UC Approved Honors Courses
A few tips to getting your UC Honors courses approved:

1. Please make sure that you follow all of the requirements of the subject area of choice.

2. Every subject area may have specific requirements that must be met in order to receive UC Honors approval. Make sure that you visit our UC A-G Guide website to review each subject area's honors requirements.

3. Every subject area requires that the course demonstrates that students are completing a comprehensive written final exam or a final project. Make sure that you write 2-4 sentences explaining the final exam or final project at the beginning or end of your course submission.
How to Review Analyst Feedback?
If your course is not approved, please be sure to review the analyst's comments. You can review the analyst's comments by following a few simple steps:

1. Log-in to the Course Management Portal
2. Click on "MY COURSES"
3. Once you're on the "MY COURSES" page click on "Results"
4. Click on the course title of the course that was not approved
5. Look to the right of the page and the comments from the analyst should appear with the title "Additional Feedback". Comments may also appear at the very top of the page under "Submission Feedback".
