Sustainability Network and TREC Co-Present

The 2016 Canadian ENGO Salary Survey and Improving Your Compensation System

A Free Webinar

When: Monday, September 26
Time: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Eastern

You're working every day to make a difference in the world and have your organization run smoothly at the same time. Yet, how often do you consider:

·         Are your people paid fairly for the work they do?

·        Is your compensation system competitive with other organizations
         like yours?

·         Are you taking the lead on compensation issues?

Join Dan Schwab, TREC Senior Associate on September 26th at 1:00 PM Eastern for a high level overview of compensation systems and how data from the 2016 TREC Salary Survey can improve both your competitiveness and your internal equity.

Training Resources for the Environmental Community (TREC) reviews of salary information from environmental organizations across Canada to help strengthen your compensation practices and ensure your organization’s long term viability and effectiveness. Those who participated in the survey would have recently received an email about free access to the Canadian Report. Others can obtain a report at www.trec.org or can contact salary@trec.org to receive more information.
