A nonprofit empowering youth ministers to become skilled and effective leaders
YMIM Provides Quality Youth Ministry Training

“Nobody else is doing anything like this,” said Dr. Israel Kamudzandu, our New Testament professor, at an instructional retreat.
“With YMI, these are leaders who will change the church!”

Youth Ministry Institute makes a difference because youth ministers in our two-year training program immediately apply what they’re learning. The results are dramatic. Youth ministers who complete our two-year program stay in their jobs more than twice as long as their peers and see their youth ministry attendance more than double.

Enroll today! Join us at our September 19-20 retreat in KC for no initial cost.

YMI training benefits more than 400 youth in churches in the Midwest through our two-year training and education program and with on-site workshops.

Read some success stories or check out our list of partners and clients. YMIM is making a difference for hundreds of youth throughout our region.
