When we dream, our brainwaves are such that the body can heal itself. Perhaps that is the most important aspect of dreaming – allowing ourselves to heal. If you had a way to create that effect on demand, wouldn’t you use it?

Throughout the ages, dreams have been viewed as magical experiences. The First Peoples in Australia view it as more real than when they are awake. Jungian psychology incorporates a standardized symbology for dream interpretation. Some people always want to tell others about their dreams.  Many folks seek out feedback or interpretation about their dreams.

Meditation is one way of doing that. Meditation can mean different things to different people, but the overall goal of achieving that state of being is a feeling of calm centeredness, combined with a sense of relief or relaxation. Some people get that by detaching themselves consciously from their random thoughts. Some people get it from gardening. Still others from long walks on the beach.

What calms and centers and relaxes you? Maybe it’s time to experiment.
