It's been an incredibly busy month for the Bookeasy team as we travelled around the country and overseas, attending some great Industry Events and providing some much needed Operator training.
Rebecca caught up with some of you out West at the 2016 WA Tourism Conference, while Tony went South for the VTIC Conference in Bendigo and the Victorian VIC Summit in Shepparton.

Keeping up-to-date with Bookeasy!

It's great to see our Tourism Centres reaching out to make sure their staff and operators are keeping up-to-date and getting the best out of Bookeasy!
The team have been onsite in the Sunshine Coast and Yarra Valley to provide Operator training in the last month.
It was also great to catch up also with the lovely staff at the Broome Visitor Centre and provide a refresher on all things Bookeasy!
We look forward to continue meeting many Tourism Centres and Operators this year!

We have just released a brand new Client Console!
Bookeasy's new client console has been designed to provide destinations with a branded front-end portal that provides a way for your guests to:
- make online payments for bookings
- display each individual booking attached to a reservation's itinerary
- view the status of their booking/s
- view and re-print their full itinerary for bookings made
In addition, your guests are no longer required to enter a username or password when accessing the client console via the link provided on their guest itinerary. |

The team was also busy this month preparing for the new upcoming Itineraries update and delivering some bug fixes.

Availability Enhancement Updates

Bookeasy is excited to announce an update coming to the way bookable product Availability is handled for Tourism Centre Staff, your guests and valued Tourism Operators.
These enhancements will provide substantial performance improvements along with new features, such as a new Availability Screen for Tourism Operators and a the introduction of a Booking Timer for your shopping carts.

Bookeasy Partner Supply Platform

In last month's newsletter we announced development of a Partner Supply platform we've been hard at work on, which will provide Bookeasy destinations unprecedented streamlined access to bookable product.
Expanding on the above, testing is underway and Bookeasy is excited to be in the final stages in securing commercial agreements with our first Partner Supplier.

In last month's newsletter we also announced new look itineraries to be released, providing Tourism Destinations, operators and guests with a streamlined, professional look that's easier on the eye.
We're in the final stages of development and will be sending out standalone communication as we get closer to launch.

Another proactive Bookeasy partnership!

Visit Sunshine Coast (VSC) is partnered with Bookeasy for the release of their brand new visitsunshinecoast.com website.
The Bookeasy team are providing dedicated VSC Operator Support, being the main point of contact for all operator queries in regards to Bookeasy setup, payment process, updates, etc.
Nathan and Fernanda also travelled up to the Sunshine Coast to provide Operator training and meet the Industry at the VSC Member Network Event in early August. |

Congratulations to Karratha Visitor Centre for going live with their brand new website developed by beDigital (formerly Impart Media). The site is fully responsive and is looking great!
