Christina Valeary (2nd from left) was baptized Thursday evening, Aug. 18 in Columbus. Christina is a sergeant in the army, stationed at Fort Benning. She works with ATCC member Grace Tracy in Supply Management/Lostistics.
Grace invited Christina to join her for yoga, and then to go to the midweek meeting of the Columbus house church. Christina had been trying to live like a disciple for years but never had anyone show her in the scriptures how to truly follow Jesus Christ. She started studying the Bible in July and her very soft heart fell in love with Jesus. "I realized that I couldn't be in control of my life anymore and that I had to decide to give it all over to Him," she said. "Now I have a kingdom dream to continue being content in God's unconditional love & to share his scriptures with others."

Congratulations to ATCC charter members Jameson and Danielle Sofge on the birth of their baby boy, Mason, on Saturday, August 13th, at 11:39 PM, weighing in at 7 pounds, 5 ounces and measuring 21 inches. We rejoice with Jameson and Danielle and praise God for this blessing.
