A JAMS neutral and founder of Creative Industry Law, Lizbeth is an established mediator and arbitrator of over 1,000 disputes. She has three decades of experience in entertainment (film, publishing, digital media), intellectual property (copyright, trademark, licensing, trade secrets), technology law, business operations, and litigation practice.

Linda Joy is a visual artist and an attorney. As a member of the law firm Owen, Wickersham & Erickson, P.C., Linda Joy represents clients and serves as a mediator/arbitrator for AAMS and the Northern District of California in matters of intellectual property and arts law. Her practice focuses on copyright, trademark, and arts law on behalf of designers and visual artists.

Daniel Riviera, The Law Offices of Daniel Riviera 
Daniel is a longtime entertainment and intellectual property attorney with a growing mediation practice. He has been involved with hundreds of projects ranging from Academy Award-nominated documentaries to major motion picture releases.
