Turtle Island to Tibetan Plateau
Dear friends,
Many greetings from Lhasa! Since our last newsletter, I've been mostly off the bicycle seat, and have traveled in metal tubes of various shapes from San Francisco to Seattle to Shanghai to Shenzhen (across from Hong Kong) and now to Lhasa -- the new starting point for Phase II of "Journey to the East": over the Himalayas and down the Indian Continent.
Although the mode of the Pilgrimage has temporarily switched from two-wheeled to two-legged + motorized, the richness of life continues to unfold, as long as one remain tuned into a pilgrim's heart :) Would like to share two pieces from the past two months:
Turtle Mountain to Whidbey Island: study notes from studying Dharma and Spiritual Ecology.

Two-Thousand-Mile Reflections: alms bowl vs. begging bowl, my dad's change, project of "undoing", and a few FAQs.

Deep bows, and sending best wishes from a land so close to heaven!
Zilong
