Hello again from BiPhoria:
it's less than a week to Manchester Pride now, will you be joining us on the parade?
Manchester's Big Weekend
At
BiPhoria we are once again organising a group to put the
B into Manchester's LGBT Pride and we would love you to march with us for the day on Saturday August 27th.
We will be assembling at the Roman Fort in Castlefield on Liverpool Road around 11.30am: look for the big BiPhoria banner and people in purple bi teeshirts.
Sign up here on facebook or email to let us know you're coming. There are a limited supply of purple Bi teeshirts to wear on the parade too, so let us know your tee size!
We will have a
stall on the Saturday Sunday and Monday in the Lifestyle Expo again so drop by and get bi-stickered up. If you can help on the stall over the weekend drop me an email asap.
Later in the year there are Pride events in
Bolton and
Chester - we're aiming to be at both, so if you'd like to help put the pink, purple and blue into those Prides

New? Come to our Post-Pride Special
Right after Pride on Tuesday 30th we have a
special "first timer" BiPhoria for people who've not been along to the group before - whether you have been on this mailing list for months (or years!) or for people we've just met at Pride to have a bi meet really soon after the festival.
A week later, Tuesday 6th September is our usual monthly
BiPhoria "talky space" meeting at the LGBT Foundation, 5 Richmond Street, M1 3HF. 7.30pm start for new members;

That was Preston
Last weekend was the annual big bi gathering
BiCon - 307 people came along to
Preston and watch this space for news of the next one - likely to be in Leeds next August but "To Be Confirmed".
Making Something Happen
In September it'll be
Bi Visibility Day (on the 23rd) and we have a few plans already including hooking up with
Bolton Pride, which is running all across that weekend, but we'd welcome more ideas and volunteers to make them happen! Drop me a line...
