The Ethnic Studies Department is excited to announce its first full time tenure track faculty in African American Studies in the history of the Department! Professor Arnetta Smith is an ARTivist, who is passionate about social justice and equality for all marginalized people. She received her B.A. in Africana Studies and her M.A. in Ethnic Studies from San Francisco State University.
