Marries well with the tenderness of minced meats, chicken, fish, risotto dishes. N°7 is quite simply wonderful with food and highly adaptable. Serve well chilled.

Land History

Puyloubier was built in 1924 by a few wine growers. They called themselves "Victory," probably named after the mountain, Sainte-Victoire. Near Aix-en-Provence and Marseille you find the most important vineyard in the region.The first vineyard in size to be established in the Bouches-du-Rhône county can be found in Puyloubier : it covers an area of 900 hectares (2224 acres). A large proportion of the wine form this area is awarded the quality and garanty of origin label " Côte de Provence Sainte-Victoire “. In the 1930s, it was named the Vignerons du Mont Sainte-Victoire. Over the decades, the vineyard was gradually extended and the winery has undergone successive extensions

With the creation of the Côtes de Provence in 1977, viticulture experienced a revival and by many investments on the technical improvements that have been undertaken. In the mid 2000s, most farms are engaged in certification "Agriculture". Practical environmentally bit were gradually extended to the whole vineyard. This awareness has accelerated in 2012 and the winery is now part of the process "Vignerons in Sustainable Development": produce quality wines, sustainably, in the greatest respect for people, the environment and consumers.

Le Vignerons Du Mont Sainte - Victorie

At the heart of the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, the village of Puyloubier has long been a tradition of wine terroir where vineyards and wine have always been important. Les Vignerons du Mont Sainte-Victoire has always worked to produce high quality Provence wines. Thanks to a very favorable microclimate for the cultivation of vines and vineyards facing south on the foothills of the mountain. With 700 hectares and a production of about 5 million equivalent bottles, it ranks as one of the leading producers of the Côtes de Provence.

The vineyard is located in the perimeter of the Grand Site Sainte-Victoire. Les Vignerons du Mont Sainte-Victoire holds a strong sustainable development policy that emphasizes the preservation of biodiversity.

The development of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault in this region has enabled the development of rosé wines ideal for gastronomy.
