Ganja versus game-changing growth!

Johnson & Johnson and SHE partner in Rwanda to Help Girls and Women
Monthly deliveries of Cannabis products?  On-demand set-up of personal Karaoke parties?  For many, including top venture capital firms, this is what technology means. What about you?  For us at SHE, we invest in technology to expand the capacity of our hardware, i.e. our production process. In partnership with Johnson & Johnson (explained in the video above), SHE is going back to the basics of technology by revamping the production process to further improve the quality of our product and maximize our production rate.  The result?  SHE Rwanda will make 10x more products from 1,000 to 10,000 units per day.

What's a $3 Billion Dollar Blind Spot?

When swimmer Fu Yuanhui schooled the global community about swimming on your period, the gold medal count took a back seat for once in the Olympics. Telling how it is should not be a big deal, and it's why we engage men and boys so that they don't miss the blind spot that affects only half of the world's population.

While investing in the overlooked and taboo is a huge social blind spot, it's also an economic blind spot of US $3 Billion. VCs may have missed out, but you and our partners in Rwanda haven't. One way we sparked attention of this billion-dollar opportunity was at our "SHE-Olympics," i.e., our all-girl soccer tournament in May in celebration of Menstrual Hygiene Day. Check out why the crowds came out to see what girls can do with our go! pads. Read More
