2016 All-Alumni Homecoming Social


It's that time of year again! That's right, the fall season signifies the beginning of a new school year, football in America, and of course... the FHSAA All-Alumni Social. This year's event will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016 at Tori's Station from 8:00pm to midnight.

The Annual All-Alumni Homecoming Social brings together generations of FHS graduates. There may even be a surprise appearance by a teacher or two! The event is open to all Fairfield High graduates and spouses. Light snacks are provided, and a cash bar is available. Come out to mingle with your old classmates, enjoy some music, and relive some of your memories from your time at Fairfield High School.

Event Entry: All proceeds go to the FHSAA Scholarship Fund to help deserving seniors purchase textbooks, supplies or pay fees at a college or university of their choosing.

We can't wait to see you all there!

Event Sponsorship Opportunity!

What would you give to have your name or your company’s name displayed before several thousand FHS Alumni?

The Fairfield High School Alumni Association is requesting donations for our 10th Annual All-Alumni Homecoming Social. All proceeds will be used to award scholarships to FHS graduates through our scholarship fund.

We have been funding scholarships since 2008 exceeding $25,000! We have also donated to the Joe Nuxhall Character Education Fund and have supported other special school district programs.

How can you help us help FHS graduates?

  • Become a Table Sponsor at the Alumni Social for $100. Each sponsored table will advertise your company name.
  • You may donate products and/or gift cards that we can use in raffles.
  • You may simply write a check for a  generous and much appreciated donation.

One of the major components of the FHSAA is to help assist our classmates in their planning of class reunions by posting information on our website and social media. For this purpose, we've created the Reunion HQ page which we update regularly as event information is brought to our attention.

Many of you purchased your copy of “Remembering the Original Fairfield High School” this summer. However, those of you who may have missed out on the opportunity still have a chance to buy one for yourself or as a gift! Please click here to add a DVD to your online shopping cart and checkout securely using a credit card through PayPal. All proceeds go to benefit our charitable activities.

Welcome to Our Newest Members!
We have had several graduates join since our last newsletter and we welcome each of those members to the Fairfield High School Alumni Association! We’d like to share with you a few things that we do to support our alumni, graduating seniors, and community:
 
Each year, funds are raised to support our annual Fairfield High School Alumni Association Scholarship which is awarded to two deserving seniors. This year, we awarded 2016 graduates, Charles Faraci and Taylor Southern. You can read more about our scholarship on our website.
 
Additionally, we host an annual all-alumni social which gives us a place to gather, re-kindle relationships and catch up with one another. More information about the upcoming social will be made available on our website.
 
We are happy to post information about upcoming class reunions as it is brought to our attention. Please share with us your reunion information by e-mailing us at fairfieldohioalumni@gmail.com so that we may add it to our site.
 
Another area we’re excited to grow is our alumni spotlight section on our new website. If you have any interesting or prominent information to share with our group, please send an e-mail to fairfieldohioalumni@gmail.com so that we may post this to our website!

FHSAA Monthly Meetings
As always, we invite everyone to join us at 7:00pm on the second Tuesday of each month as we hold our Alumni Association general sessions at Fairfield High School in the Community Room (across from the Performing Arts Center). Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 7:00pm. Please visit our events page for future meeting and event information.
