1) West Coast MK Retreat:
Our team hosted a West Coast NTM MK Retreat in Southern California.  Our coworkers flew out to help and we had just about 20 MKs come.  

These retreats are important because it helps to 1) Express the appreciation NTM has for our MKs. 2) Help connect MKs with other MKs in their regions. 3) Helps connect MKs with our team and the resources we have.

One of the reasons we love Retreats is the time it allows to hear our MKs stories.  So many amazing stories of life overseas.  We are also always gripped by the hard realities of life in these parts of the world as well.  

2) MK Care Team Retreat: 
After the MK Retreat, we held a 3 day Team Retreat to plan, brainstorm, and dream.  

3) Adoption Update:  
We feel like we are right on the edge - ready to dive into our journey towards growing our family.  Right now, we plan to take September to look deeper into our various options with a goal, God willing, is to have a good direction by October.
