Vegan Smoothies, Ice-Cream, waffles, deserts and soups now being served in Nelson's newest alley food establishement

You may have seen this food truck at Astral Harvest this summer!  Well now they have found a home in the back alley behind Still Eagle.


From super-food smoothies to deserts and waffles, The Enlightened Coconut is a food truck with lots of delicious vegan and gluten free options.

They also have wholesome soups and other hot foods for the cold season
