Fork & Salad Special
Fork & Salad, Maui’s newest farm-to-table eatery, shares the vision of Grow Some Good – to support local agriculture and improve access to healthy, nutritious food for our community. We’re excited to announce that the owners – our friends who also own Three’s – are offering a signature salad special benefiting Grow Some Good now through March.

With the purchase of each Beet & Goat Cheese Salad, Fork & Salad will donate $1 to Grow Some Good. This delicious salad features spinach, roasted beets, Surfing Goat Dairy cheese, raw beets, apples, seasonal local fruit, health grain mix, and macadamia nuts, topped with a grapefruit honey vinaigrette dressing. Fork & Salad is located in the Azeka's Shopping Center Mauka in Kihei. Stop by and try a Beet & Goat Cheese Salad today!

A very special mahalo to Chefs Jaron Blosser, Cody Christopher and Travis Morrin, co-owners of Three's and Fork & Salad. Thank you for sharing in our vision and supporting our programs.

Coming up October 1st - Chef Paris' Persian Feast

Chef Paris Nabavi serves up a fantastic meal with a focus on community support in his popular private fundraising events for Grow Some Good. The next dinner is on Saturday, October 1st. Featuring the Persian food of his culture, Chef Paris will create a multi-course meal, featuring Reshteh Jeweled Polo-Saffron Braised Duck with vermicelli pasta. Chef Paris does not accept any payment for these dinners but instead asks that guests make a $150 donation to Grow Some Good to support our school garden programs. Sign up here.

Journalist Kiaora Bohlool captured the essence of the evening in this wonderful video from the June dinner event

Our deepest gratitude goes to Chef Paris and his wife Donna for their continued support.
