Be Well Naturally – Supporting folks who want to be living a natural life, meaningfully connected with themselves and those around them, and who want to live to their truest potential
Kia ora and Hello <<First Name>>,
Thankyou so much for your part in the Big Latch On that was in August. It was so heartening to see all of you there caring for your little ones in such a life-giving manner.
In recognition of what you are all doing for your children, and just for being you, I would like to offer you a free copy of my booklet
"Caring For Childhood Illnesses, Naturally" I trust that this will come in useful for you in those times when someone has a fever or one of the childhood illnesses. It is normally for sale via my website, but I am happy for you to share it around with others who may also like a copy
I have also included here one of my favourite recipes which takes about 5 minutes to whip up - all raw! I know what a difference quick easy recipes can make when you are juggling lots of things and people...
LEMON BLISS BALLS
– a delicious easy alternative to fudge. I make double the recipe so they last longer than 1 hour!!
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup desiccated coconut
zest of one large lemon*
1/2 teaspoon concentrated natural vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 tbsp maple syrup or a little honey
extra dried coconut for rolling in
* double the lemon if you like a bit more tang.
Place the ingredients into your processor and pulse at high speed until the mixture is smooth and the nuts and coconut have broken down. Using your hands shape the mixture into balls. Roll in coconut and place in the fridge to firm up a little. Eat and enjoy!!!
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about homeopathy or natural alternatives to caring for your family in times of sickness or stress. I would love to support you all in your journeys with your family.
The next newsletter will be coming out soon - and I trust you will find it useful, informative, and inspiring. I appreciate that you have entrusted me with your email details.
HAPPY SPRING!!
Kind regards, and with much gratitude for the difference you are making in our world.
