I just released Slow Camera, an Android app that makes single frame time-lapse photos. You can shoot from a minute to twenty-four hours and get some pretty cool results.

App plugs aside I also made this regular time-lapse video of the San Francisco Bay Bridge, experimenting with using a neutral density filter to slow the action down.
