Back to School Weekend...

The weekend before school can be stressful for all, so here is a fun game to get the brain and the body united.

Whether you are attending a new school or new school year, remember to use the 15 minute program to de-stress, stay calm and have loads of fun when you need !

Yoga Story Time

Pick a card and say the pose out loud
Everyone do the pose

Then make up a story about the pose... Example: the TREE was blowing in the wind, it was sunny and the clouds were like cotton wool.

Your friend then picks a card.
Everyone does pose.
Carry on the story with your pose .. the DOG ran up to the TREE and barked at the branches blowing in the wind

Now your turn again ..pick another pose... and carry on the adventure

Do this until you have used all the cards

Why don’t you record your adventure and see what other wonderful adventures you can go on using your magick yoga cards !

Frozen sweet treats ..

Simply freeze berries and pop them into a bowl for the children to nibble on ..perfect for these hot summer days.
