Legal Authority

Legal Authority can be a key piece of long term planning to ensure your loved one with a disability has the right assistance to make legally binding decisions and give consent. This in depth session will cover the purpose types of legal authority available.  It will include information on how to determine what option is right for your loved one, how to put supports in place, who is able to help with this process, and more.

Waiver Redesign Webinar
This live webinar will review updates to the three newly redesigned Developmental Disability Waivers including services offered, eligibility, application, and waiting lists.  We will touch on first steps once a Waiver is obtained.  We will also review the EDCD and Tech Waivers as other support opportunities for people with disabilities.
