Amuse bouche: braised escargots with garlic and Pernod in gougere
1st: Bouchées à la reine, lamb sweetbreads, oyster mushrooms, caramelized pearl onion, sauce supreme in puff pastry
2nd: chilled poached salmon, interlaken grapes, dill flower, haricot vert, champagne vinaigrette
Palate cleanser: melon and cucumber granitas
3rd: Lapin aux Pruneaux, brandy, prunes, escarole, pomme Anna
4th: Marjolaine, layered cake, dacqouise, jaconde chocolate, praline, and vanilla cream

Pour les vins en accord, nous conservons un peu de mystère… nous visiterons plusieurs vignerons de Champagne, Alsace, Loire, Provence et Bordelais!

• Maintain professional certifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A strong desire to make a difference
• Fluency in French with superior language skills
• Minimum 1-2 years as a professional Interpreter
• Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
• Successful completion of the InDemand Interpreting Medical Terminology exam
• Ability to be on time for shifts
• Familiarity with technology and the use of computers
• DSHS Medical Certification Washington State only
