Recently, the Santa Clara Board of Supervisors unanimously passed Measure A, a $950 million affordable housing bond to be put on the November ballot. At least $800 million is intended to create housing for vulnerable populations - including people with developmental disabilities. To celebrate the initiative, the Measure A campaign staff has organized a big party today, Monday, August 29 and we hope that people with developmental disabilities will turn out to support. There will be food, music, media, and fun!
