Wednesday Nights are Back – Better Than Ever!

You’re invited to join us on Wednesday nights, beginning September 14, as we gather as a church family for fellowship, food, and learning. We’ve listened to your concerns and suggestions to help us better meet your needs. This means we’ve revamped our schedules for children’s and youth activities so that all activities end by 7:30pm, and are bringing back the fellowship meal (in a new format). We hope that you will plan to be a part of our midweek programs and activities!

The fellowship meal will be served 5:30-6:15pm in the CFLC.

RSVP for Dinner

We will have 2 set menus which will alternate weeks – beef tacos (1^st and 3^rd Wed) and spaghetti (2^nd and 4^th Wed) - and meatball subs will be the menu when we have a 5^th Wednesday in a month. Vegetarian options will be available.

Cost will be $5/adult, $3/child (under age 12), with a family maximum of $20.

Helping to clean up after our fellowship meal is a great way for a Sunday School class, ministry branch, or even a group of friends to be in service to our church family. We are looking for individuals and groups to sign up to help with clean-up one Wednesday night each month (Sept-Dec 2016).

You will be working with a team to wipe down and rack the tables and chairs, wash and dry dishes, store food supplies, vacuum the CFLC (if needed), etc. You will not be responsible for cleaning the kitchen or the cooking utensils.

Here are the Wednesday night program schedules by age groups:

Children (4 year olds through 5th grade):

Cherub Choir (4 year olds through 1st grade), 6:00-6:45pm
Carol Bells (2nd-5th grades), 6:00-6:45pm
kidzJaM missions, 6:45-7:30pm

Carol Choir & Children's Worship Arts (2nd-5th grades) will meet on Sundays at 1:00pm.
