The landscape faced by the Energy and Telco Industries is more complex than ever before. Rapid, change, constant uncertainty and disruptive technologies all mean that workforce skills requirements are a moving feast.

We still do not know exactly what will happen and when. And while circumstances are largely beyond our control, we do have the power to choose how to respond and to capitalise on the opportunities which arise.

The need to challenge assumptions is essential if we are to thrive in such an unpredictable environment.  That will require a change in mind set and an openness to new ways of thinking. We must be willing to challenge everything, to enable us to innovate and create the future we want.
