Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar together. Once butter and sugar are mixed well, add eggs, chai powder and milk. Mix thoroughly. Mix in the mashed bananas. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. If adding nuts, add at this time. Pour into greased bread pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes until toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let the chai bread rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
