Support a feasibility study for developing a bike path along the Verdugo Wash

A part of the 2012 Bicycle Master Plan is a Class I bike path 7.8 miles in length, providing a safe route between North and South Glendale along the Verdugo Wash.  Browns Creek (Chatsworth), the Tujunga Wash (Valley Glen), where Bell Creek and Arroyo Calabasas meet the LA River (Canoga Park), the Arroyo Seco (Pasadena), and Rio Hondo (Arcadia to Downey) are all washes in the LA Basin that have been similarly developed into bike paths.  Let the Glendale City Council know that you want a feasibility study to support the development of the Verdugo Wash in Glendale as a Class I bike path by signing the electronic petition here: LINK
