HOW WE CAN HELP YOU

We can help you advertise your current and future volunteering opportunities.

By advertising through us you'll be able to reach a wide range of people interested in volunteering with a local group, organisation or cause. This will help you recruit a more diverse mix of people to volunteer for you.

Our dedicated website, where we advertise over 200 volunteering opportunities at any one time, has nearly 1,500 people who've registered on it to find out about volunteering opportunities.

We also tweet and facebook all volunteering opportunities advertised through us. We've a reach of nearly 5,000 people, many of whom want to volunteer for a local group, organisation or cause.

But don't just take it from us, here's what one of our members said about the benefits of advertising their volunteering opportunities through us:

"An easy way to post volunteering opportunities, and know that they're going to be seen."
Alan Marchbank, Volunteering Matters

To advertise your volunteering opportunities with us, here's what you have to do.

Or just get in touch with us on volunteercentre@bhcommunityworks.org.uk or 01273 234826. We're happy to help you.

If you need to advertise for volunteers, and you're not sure where to start, we can give you some one-to-one support to get you on your way.

We'll help you to think about who you want to recruit and how to go about it. Just get in touch with Zora on zora@bhcommunityworks.org.uk or 01273 234860

Our volunteering good practice guide also includes a section on recruiting volunteers and it's a great place for information and resources. It includes useful things to consider and templates that you can use.
